Stephen Glenfield, an executive at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA), is being questioned over the regulator's inability to force wealth manager IOOF to act in the best interests of its superannuation fund members nor to change its structure in a way that overcomes internal conflicts of interest.
