David Cohen, Chief Risk Officer at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, is being questioned over 'Project Sonic', a remedial program designed to bring the understanding of BankWest lenders up to an acceptable level, following the acquisition by CommBank and its discovery that BankWest's business loan book was very bad.
