Sam Henderson, a celebrity financial planner who also hosted a show on Sky, appeared on The Project, and regularly wrote for Fairfax and Money Matters, is being questioned over bad advice issued by his firm Henderson Maxwell, his staff repeatedly impersonating clients, him asking that an investigation be kept secret due to his media profile, and allegedly threatening the Financial Planning Association of Australia.
