Heang Forbes, pricing operations manager at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) is being questioned about ANZ allegedly breaching responsible lending laws by issuing unsolicited pre-approved overdraft facilities to 330,000 customers, and the bank’s communications with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) regarding the alleged breach.
