While Yabber's new Xena statistics module is now recording data (replacing the older 'pixel'), your website will also have its own locally hosted statistics module (you won't always be a subscriber to Yabber but you'll always need the data).
A broker asked us yesterday why we build our own statistical tools rather than simply use Google Analytics... and the answer is simple: Google is a reporting tool and Yabber/Xena are *marketing* tools. We record far more data than Google (with *every* interaction user-identified) and we apply defined or AI-induced triggers on the basis of a resolved understanding of traffic. We record literally every mouse movement and click (meaning we can 'replay' screen recordings), and we record page scrolls to the page level in order to generate scroll bar heatmaps (in addition to page heatmaps and sectional grid maps). Our stats are supported by Yabber's interest-based Conditional engine and BeNet AI so we can measure real-time consumer sentiment and trends. There's other graphing that are quite basic but arguably more important, such as TriP reports (page triplets), link heat, and funnel pathway analysis, with the latter including data such as the PSR, or Page Subscription Ratio. Seriously, the new Xena stats are amazing.
Did you know you can automatically change your Facebook/YouTube banner on the basis of resolved website traffic? Did you know you can automatically switch out your website front page for another based on trending website traffic? Did you know you can send a user an SMS simply because they've viewed a page, or perhaps send them an email if they scroll to a particular position on a page? This style of automation is applied because our stats are more than just pretty pictures.
You'll see commercial products charging over $300/month for far, far less than what I've just described, but it's all just part of our standard package.
