Vista integrates with a dedicated MS365 'Social Media' calendar. Anything scheduled to that calendar will send to social accounts defined by tags in the 'Location' field.
Usage is easy. Create a calendar record, add a title and your text, upload any images or video, and save (or save as a draft). Editing and deleting is obviously supported.
We hear a lot of 'social chatter' from 'experts' advising brokers to create a social plan in Outlook before double-handling data by moving it into another platform. This is nuts. Others want you to use an online calendar - a better option, but also nuts.
Our managed social media program integrates with Vista. For compliance-related reasons you are obviously required to see and 'approve' social that represents your brand, so we send the post to Vista before it is published. You may then optionally review, edit, or delete any message before it is sent (if you leave the message it'll simply send as scheduled).
