By default, or website form will show basic fields, and it'll only render a single referral option. You may, however, add more referrals via the 'Add Another' option, and you may add your own custom form fields.
The form is 'shipped' by default (obviously) as a website tool, and it's backed by Yabber automation, such as emails to those referred, text messaging, and broker notifications. It'll add those referred to a list (and optional email program).
The form itself is rendered with standard shortcode or a full-featured Elementor block. It's ridiculously easy to use.
The form is integrated with the Partner module, so partners can add leads via their own URL (meaning that they won't have to enter their details, and the Partner ID is assigned to the submitted details).
The Yabber 'Referral' architecture supports various referral and automated partner systems, so it's seriously powerful.
