I had one of those heated debates with my three kids under 8 the other night. What is the correct way to lay a sausage on a piece of bread? We talked about the easiest way to hold the thing, the method that allows for most toppings, and so on. The conclusion: wrap it in Lebanese bread - this method allows for more toppings and less leakage. Try it!
