However, despite our disdain for any form of quiz, we've altered the format of our general fact find form to emulate the stepped style.
There are key differences that differentiate our experience.
1. We only ask questions that are necessary to generate a personalised PDF report.
2. A PDF report is sent to the user on completion. It includes basic information and a large number of graphs. Other automaton applies, such as triggers and SMS.
3. Results are returned to your user on form completion. Results include basic data resolved from questions with information measured against your own lowest available rate. The same page may include graphs, a video and various text blocks.
4. The last form panel includes an optical contact option with integrated calendar field. As with all forms, this value is sourced from Outlook availability, and all bookings are sent to your calendar.
5. The form is connected to the conditional modules.
The form may be styled to your liking. Text, colours, backgrounds, and the style of result returned is optionally defined by you (this includes optional redirects).
The standard fact find continues to be the preferred form to use as a linear form will always convert more clients.
A drag-and-drop Elementor form is available.
