Like others that are trying to generate 'cheap leads' rather than quality conversion, Leadify's leadgen is defined by false advertising, non-compliance, baiting, and lies.
Leadify make false claims, use invalid rates, and set an expectation of qualification despite user input that invalidate the consumer against any advertised advantage (part of the reason their quality of lead is so poor). They use fake broker websites ('Homeownr' is one of their fake brands), deceptive messaging, fake results, fake testimonials, fake comparisons etc. - all the typical non-compliant/illegal stuff. The style and scope of illegal advertising used by this operation is simply mind-blowing.
We've inherited a large number of brokers from this mob, and they report conversions on 50 leads (costing over 8k!) at anywhere between 0 and 4% (making it one of the highest conversion costs from *any* type of advertising in the industry). To be clear, to replicate the illegal experience they use takes around 10 minutes - their tech is kindergarten quality at best.

The background of this company is in solar sales - not finance. They have absolutely no respect for the legislative framework that guides all financial marketing. No self-respecting broker should ever use their service, and no aggregator or ACL holder should allow it.
