This is just more of the same. Don't state that you'll qualify somebody if you don't or can't do so, and don't pretend to check lenders or compare products when nothing of the sort takes place. Certainly, don't lie in your privacy policy/disclaimer about the accuracy of your data, and don't deliberately and knowingly return false or fake results. It's against the law. It's disguisting.
