One of the most offensive and non-compliant elements in any customer journey is that of baiting - usually at the tail end of questions the consumer believes will contribute to their 'qualification'. In this case, the leadgen shonks deepen their deception by way of a :loading' screen that suggests they're checking results (of course, they are not checking anything).
Returning a 'You Qualify for Multiple Lenders' style of message converts better than the truth... despite the fact a form cannot and will not qualify anybody (the customer experience should qualify *you*) . The information isn't for qualification... it's used to make the lead easier to sell, and it amplifies the effectiveness of the illegal baiting questions (we answered this quiz with an LVR of 100% and income of 12k annually).
If you're buying leads and you haven't experienced the ad representing your business, there's a good chance this is what your first contact looks line.
