The module will evaluate all MS365 emails received in real time, send attachments and email text to your CRM, create detailed statistics, and send triggers (tasks, emails, SMS etc.) - all on the basis of the sender or resolved 'contextual' understanding. It's a big marketing and business system that *will* streamline your operation.
The Yabber module is currently active, hidden, and only made available to very early testers. Before we push it live we ask that you send any feature requests.
To be clear, we'll evaluate each email, extract data, send it to your CRM, and do whatever else you might think will help your business. It's the "whatever else" part where we want feedback. There's nothing you can't ask for - you know better than us what we should be doing.
