New Website Social, Video, and Post Slider

We've created a large number of websites content sliders recently that replace various legacy tools. The slider introduced in this article show selected post type content as sliding panels. The feature may be used anywhere with a drag and drop Elementor widget or shortcode, with the expectation that it will be used on the front page of your website. The latest slider was designed for content sent to your website social and video archives - both blog-style archives of what is traditionally external content, such as social media posts and video. However, in the light of a little early feedback, we have updated the slider to include virtually all post types.

Given the slider was designed for your social archive (which is basically an archive of all the content you send to social media, but contained within a dedicated archive on your website), we've created a mechanism to support hashtags. The creation of a new 'hashtag' taxonomy provides for a full tag-based searchable archive of your social content, meaning your social library comes alive with an archive in a way that is virtually identical to the hashtag searches on social platforms.

We hope to have the dedicated video slider later today. Updates will be made available in a plugin update this afternoon.
