You simply connect the feed to Outlook and you'll have a real-time indication of your top-of-funnel (unvetted) pipeline (we also like a business SMS notification... particularly for warmer phone-only contacts). The simple RSS feed, however, despite its simplicity, is often an extremely effective tool.
