Brokers have evolved into the primary channel for obtaining a home loan, and this places a bigger-picture burden on the entire industry to hold itself to the highest of standards, and our honesty, integrity, and ethical behaviour is measured in binary terms - either we're honest or we're not, and when over 80% of all consumer advertising manufactured by brokers is manipulative or dishonest in some way, this ubiquitous malfeasance inevitably shapes consumer opinion and invariably impacts the credibility of those honest brokers that have higher standards.
