We have a new industry challenge. If any person finds a single non-compliant advert that was created by us since we introduced FB advertising to the mortgage market (we've been doing it a long time), we'll donate 10k to a charity of your choice in your name. We challenge any other agency to have sufficient confidence in their product necessary to introduce the same challenge.
Our last challenge didn't work very well. We challenged any agency to compete against my (now) 9-year-old daughter. If she didn't multiple the ROI by 30X with the same budget, we'd donate $10k to charity in their name. It didn't work because nobody could compete. After 4-years, we simply stopped trying.
Don't buy leads. I cannot stress how important it is for businesses to take ownership of their own marketing, and to improve on their clients' overall experience. If you have purchased leads in the past, it's a virtual certainly that you've broker the law.
