Advertising compliance isn’t hard. Here’s another advert that wouldn’t withstand the legal scrutiny of ASIC is they actually had the resources do scrutinise it. RG 234.47 The more that a qualification is required to balance the information contained in the headline claim, the more prominently placed the qualification should be. Compliance isn’t hard. These simple ads are more effective than all the leadgen garbage, and they’re all persuasive and effective. None use a silly quiz. Nice work, Entry Finance (no idea who they are, but they’re literally the first non-client broker ad we’ve seen in a month that does a reasonable job).
