YouTube Chapters are video chapters applied in YouTube under each video, and they're used on your website as a means for each user to navigate directly to that part of the video that is most relevant. From an SEO perspective, Google treats each chapter as an answer to a question, so the feature will improve on your video and page visibility. This FAQ will details the process of creating a chapter and how to include them on YouTube and on your website.
You will find the Chapters module by navigating your way to the YouTube module via the small 'YouTube' icon in the Social module. Select 'Chapters' from the YouTube submenu.

Creating Chapters
For the purpose of the demonstration, we'll use a the video titled "What Marketing Lessons Can Be Learned From NBC's Thursday Night Line-Up? " as a placeholder.
Via the entry 'Create' panel, we'll first select our video 
and then defined each chapter in turn. At this stage you can ignore the links panel and thumbnail - these are advanced features that are introduced in another FAQ. We'll provide our panel with a title and description, and we'll select the time where the chapter ends. As you add more chapters, the previous chapter end time is considered the new chapter start time.

Click 'Save' periodically to ensure you're not timed out.
Send Chapter Data to Your Website
Yabber is a multi-website system so we'll have to send chapter data to the relevant website. From the 'Website Send' panel, select your video, style, website, and 'Send'. We'll come back to the applied style in a moment.

We may now use our Elementor block or shortcode to return the result.
The Result
The result of what we've created is shown below. Chapters aren't shown natively with [bmyt] shortcode (as they are with the legacy [youtube] shortcode, so we'll need to return the video (in this case) with [bmyt v="zf1MytwD8dg" chapters="1"] (note the chapters attribute), and we'll also include the [youtube_chapters v="zf1MytwD8dg"] shortcode wherever we'd like to chapter to be shown. Clicking on the time link in the chapter block moves the video index to the desired position.

Styling the Chapter Container
Chapter styles are defined via the 'Styles' panel. The options are fairly intuitive, but you'll probably want to try out a few styles before labelling one as your default.

There's no limit to the number of styles, so create at least one for each of your branded websites.
Copy the Chapter Data to YouTube
A method to automatically send Chapter data to YouTube is pending. In the meantime, you may access the chapter timestamps from the Review panel by selecting the required video. Open the panel with the green accordion panel, copy the chapter information via the copy icon, and we'll now apply this into our YouTube description (this will cause YouTube to show chapter information on their platform).

Review and Edit Styles and Chapters
You may review and edit Chapters and Styles via the 'Review' panel. The green icon returns chapter information while the 'Edit' link will return you to the appropriate page for immediate editing. Selecting any Chapter link will take you to a nested page that'll show you the chapters assigned to the selected video.

About Wistia
Wistia is a third-party service that provides videos hosting for a monthly subscription. It is quite costly, but the platform does provide for three free videos and we encourage all our users to sign up for this offer.
Wistia provides a large number of integrated video features that enable far greater insights into video performance when compared to platforms such as YouTube, and the level of statistical data returned for each user is significant.
Yabber integrates with Wistia in such a way that we effectively emulate most features of that service. This tight level of connectivity enables features such as the email collection turnstiles (or email capture form 'gates' within a video) to be used for engagement and not just consumption.
