SMS Subscription forms may be used in any number of ways, but the primary purpose is to support text message alerts for various types of property opportunities. When the form was first introduced, the form was part of our supporting partner modules, but more and more brokers are becoming affiliate directly with property groups, and more brokers are becoming appropriately qualified themselves, so the form has become a tool they've used to support their own operation.
Form purpose and functionality is simple: the form presents with a first name and mobile option, and an optional select menu allows the user to select those property types they're interested in. Details are submitted to and recorded in Yabber. When contact with subscribers is required, the SMS module is used to send messages.
Property Module: Since this form was first created we have introduced a full-featured Property Module to Yabber. At the time of writing a release date for the service is not known.
Creating a Property SMS Form
Forms may be created in Elementor exclusively, but Yabber gives you more control over how the form is rendered globally on your website, so it's the preferred option. You will find the Property SMS options in Yabber by following the 'FORMS' submenu item in the 'Website' modules. Select 'Property' and the creation panel is returned.

The returned panel provides based form options. You should enable each form option by opening up each panel individually and defining the required values.

For the purpose of the demo we'll use an existing form (available via the 'Edit' menu). In our case, we have defined (optional) property types that the user may subscribe. We have applied basic styling and included optional text above and below the form. When we save this form, it will update all our websites.

Note that a shortcode is returned with the form attributes. This shortcode may be used on your website to return the form as an alternative to Elementor.

Integration with the Property Module
At the time of writing we're considering a release date for the broader property module (designed for brokers to support property partners). This system includes other SMS modules such as property pricing via text.
Review and Edit Property Forms
Property SMS Forms may be reviewed via the general Form Review panel. Located towards the bottom, you should select the 'Edit' icon to edit the form, and you may return form details via the green icon.

Sending Messages to Property Subscribers
Sending messages to Property SMS subscribers is detailed in an FAQ tilted "How to Send a Text Message to Website Property SMS Subscribers". The sending text messages to other groups is managed by way of standard subscription lists.
