One of the marketing magnets any Property or Finance operation will use to engage organic traffic and convert warmer traffic in higher numbers is the inclusion of a Property Report form that will result in a report provided to the user. This FAQ will introduce the Property Report and how it is applied on pages that are not associated with the Streets Module.
Property Streets Module: Property Reports listed within the 17-million or so pages manufactured within the Streets Module include a slightly different style of form, and the assignment of the form is a little different to the method described on this page (since the form is on a specific property page). Read more about the Streets Property Report in an FAQ titled "How to Create a Property Report Request Form on Streets Module Pages.
Address Autocomplete Form: The Property Report form leans on the autocomplete address form, and the same single form field is used in quite a few locations. An article titled "Address Autocomplete Form Linking to Dedicated Property Page" details how the search form may be used to direct a user to a specific page, and another titled "How to Add an Autocomplete Search Form to Your Website". Another FAQ details the validation features. The Streets API starts to expose some of the features of the architecture. It's a big system supporting a little feature!
Plugin Version: The minimum required plugin version to enable the Property Form features is 0.8.9.4. At the time of writing the number of websites running the required version is quite low. Contact us if not automatically updated.
Property API Key: The Streets API is linked to the Property module, and the Property Module is a standalone system. A Property API Key is required on your website in order for this feature to function. The key is sourced from the Property Module in Yabber.
To be clear, the report described on this page can be used on any page, and the Property Report offer is an excellent lead magnet. It's extremely easy to use and returns brilliant results.
The Report
Before we continue, it should be known that we currently do not provide property reports (we ceased this feature in 2018 as a result of demand). Instead, we rely on the Core Logic system, and we lean on the likelihood that most businesses will already have access to this information. It's quite acceptable to provide a form response that the report is forthcoming (with an expected timeframe).
SMS Validation
SMS Validation, or the simple act of verifying a user phone number when it'[s not absolutely required, or when it's not part of an Appointment Funnel, will decrease conversions. However, in this case, since there's a clear time-cost involved it's one situation where we'd actively encourage SMS validation. SMS Validation is detailed in an FAQ titled "How to Assign Mobile Number SMS Validation to any Subscription Form". In the case of the Property Report we're about to detail, the inclusion of the SMS Verification component is exceedingly simple.
The Result
When we create a Formly profile, we may define the specific fields to show, and we may define what fields may be shown in the toggle panel. In the example pictured below we have our Outlook-integrated calendar options below the fold (or hidden behind the toggle), so what you're seeing is just one of a larger number of permeations that might apply.

Let's have a look at what the form might look like with the calendar exposed, and the inset shows how an address might be selected.
Pictured: Form with calendar exposed (in a toggle panel) and an address inset. A user may add any address - even if not resolved by the Streets API. The supplied address is listed in the standard Leads Table. Any associated email autoresponder should address the expectation of the report.
The Property Form may be assigned to a Simple Panel. The result:

As noted earlier, the fields we've assigned to this specific form includes SMS verification. After submitting, the following is returned (the design is likely a little different in the release plugin):

Enabling the Property Field in Forms
Another FAQ details how to define and create a Form. Part of the process includes building a recyclable panel that includes a profile of fields that may be applied to a form. This panel includes an option titled "Include a Property Address Field". Selecting the toggle to 'on' will force the property field at the top of the form. Another option titled "Include Individual Property Fields" forces all property fields to be returned, such as street number, street, suburb, postcode, and so on, but this option is rarely (if ever) necessary because the primary address field will return any address - not just those listed or found in the Streets database.

Note that the lower toggle options relate to SMS Verification.
A single Property 'Fields' profile is usually all that's necessary, and the same profile may be assigned to any form that requires the address autocomplete functionality.
Considerations
Remember, each form includes a fully-integrated Outlook calendar and an automation schedule, so keep this in mind when building the subscription funnel (a form is the start of the Funnel, and is not a funnel in isolation). Remember that each form will be associated with an email list and autoresponder program.
