In order to create testimonial lists, it is assumed that a number of steps were previously completed. We should have connected (at a minimum) Google and Facebook. We should have defined Testimonial filtering rules, and we should have published testimonials on our website. This process will take no longer than a few minutes.
Lists are groups of testimonials. At least one list must be created before you can assign them to various website locations. You should create a single list initially, and then find time every now and again to build a more comprehensive list library. The idea with testimonial lists is that you show Testimonial sliders with the most relevant testimonials. First Home Buyers, for example, should be shown FHB testimonials, and Investors should be shown reviews that are more relevant to them.
Creating a Testimonial List
Lits are created via the 'Lists' panel in the Testimonial module. Any created list will be available in Elementor (if you're so includes) or from within the lists Assignment Panel. Give your list a name and description, and click 'Save'. The list will be returned in the response.
Pictured: Give your list a name and description, and click 'Save'. The list will be returned in the response. We will select the newly created list from our list options in order to edit the testimonials assigned to that list.
When you select a list from your created options, you will be returned with a panel of all published testimonials.
Pictured: Select each testimonial that you would like in that specific testimonial list. Only those testimonials published to the specific website are shown. Addition to the list is immediate, but you will be required to update your website.
Once each list is created, select the 'UPDATE' button at the top of the panel. This will send the updated lists to your website. Updates are effective immediately on your website (assuming that the lists were already assigned).
If we haven't already, we should now assign lists to Yabber and custom locations on our website.
