OtherAdditional Information: To be eligible for Gateway's Green Commercial Property Loan, the commercial property must have a 4 Star rating or above from NABERS (National Australian Built Environment Rating System), or for newly builds a 4 Star Green Star Building rating or above from GBCA (Green Building Council Australia), or for existing buildings a 4 Star rating Green Star Performance rating or above from GBCA. This needs to be evidenced with a certificate from NABERS or GBCA. Established or newly built commercial properties that have been certified with a 4 Star rating or above from NABERS or GBCA are eligible.
Bank Fees and Charges
